All logistics activities are tracked through the Appen USA shipping portal, where you’ll log each shipment’s details and submit proof of delivery.
This position requires strong communication, organization, and reliability. Full training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming packages from approved suppliers.
- Repackage and prepare outgoing shipments according to company guidelines.
- Coordinate shipments with international vendors and local carriers (DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of shipments through the Appen USA logistics portal.
- Communicate with the logistics team to confirm delivery timelines.
- Track and report shipping costs for reimbursement.
- Follow all Appen USA safety and compliance policies for global logistics.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have access to a secure location for receiving and handling packages.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or dispatch is a plus but not required.
