For security and compliance, software must be activated using official keys obtained through our portal. The Support Center will assist with activation, coordinate with IT for installations, and guide you through submitting reimbursement receipts for activation and shipping costs.
3. Reimbursement Guidance
We ensure that you're reimbursed promptly for activation key purchases and equipment shipping. Once your equipment arrives, reimbursement is processed the same day—via direct deposit (if set up) or by paper check shipped with your equipment.
4. Technical Troubleshooting
