FIELD AGENT

If you are looking for a fast-paced, work from home position with a flexible schedule, this is the perfect position for you! You will do a variety in the field tasks and work directly out of your home. With a wide variety of tasks, you will never get bored! This is a perfect position for a college student, someone who needs schedule flexibility or part time work. Although most tasks will have a deadline, you can determine when you do the task. Tasks include:

  • Take marketing photos of rental properties.

  • Install key lock boxes and signs.

  • Meet vendors and utility companies at the property.

  • Check completed vendor work

  • Perform a variety of property checks including: drive by, move in & move out evaluations, occupancy checks and periodic cosmetic condition checks.

Position requirements:

  • You must have dependable transportation.

  • Good organizational skills

  • Good technology skills-we do lots of video meetings and use different software’s.

  • Must have a dependable computer, webcam and internet

  • Must like working in the field and in different conditions.

  • Must have great attention to detail

PAY:

Starting pay is $15-17.00 per hour plus vehicle mileage reimbursement.
